I wasn’t even looking for a job when I came across Debutots, it just looked like a great class for my kids (19 months and 3) and me! The concept looked so exciting that when I saw there were no classes in Swindon, I decided it was up to me to change that! With a drama degree, some teaching experience and a good idea of what makes kids tick, I knew I’d be up to the challenge.
Since starting my Debutots business, my passion and belief in the concept has grown astronomically. I’ve seen first-hand how the magical world of an original Debutots story can unlock the imagination of the most reticent toddler, leaving them filled with wonder and plenty to talk about! With the encouragement to join in, in their own way, any child can thrive – from the noisiest drama queen, to the quietest baby. All participation is celebrated at Debutots and no contribution is ever wrong.
The Swindon launch went so well, that I have now given up my old job, so that I can continue to grow the business. It’s a wonderful feeling to be my own boss, and spend my working days having fun with lots of little adventurers!
