Hello, my name is Elaine, I am the Debutots Franchise Owner for the Edinburgh South, Midlothian and Lauder area. I'm so excited to bring Debutots to the area, I love that these sessions can be delivered in many ways, as parent and child classes, in nurseries, schools, after school clubs, intergenerational sessions working with nurseries and care homes. Debutots is so inclusive, we can work with children in all settings, sessions are tailored to specific class needs. I worked as a Veterinary Nurse for almost 30 years and my two passions are animals and children. I feel so privileged to have worked with animals and to now start a new chapter with Debutots.
Parent & Child Bookings
Nurseries & Schools
Storytelling and dramatic play classes for children in nurseries and primary schools. Our sessions are all linked into the Scottish Curriculum for Excellence. Debutots classes develop speech, language and communication skills.
Classes take your children into an imaginary world where they can comfortably explore feelings, language, movement and self-expression and their relationships with others. The classes are a huge amount of fun, allowing children be creative and develop their skills.
Events
At Debutots we can offer a number of events:
- We can team up with local businesses to provide exciting and informative workshops which compliment your business for example doing workshops at your local pumpkin patch leading up to Halloween.
- We offer children's parties, private sessions, and if you are planning your wedding why not have us along to entertain the children while the adults enjoy the speeches.

Debutots is all about being creative and having fun. We can bring the fun to you and host a private session or an extra special session for your child's birthday party. Children love to join in with our magical stories and let their imaginations run wild!
